WISH) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing essential support services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other violent crimes. WISH is located Ketchikan and serves over 17 communities Southern Southeast Alaska. These include the communities of Ketchikan, Saxman, Wrangell, Prince of Wales Island, Metlakatla, and Hyder. Currently, WISH has a 32-Bed facility that is open 7 says a week, 24 hours each day. Services provided cross all racial, ethnic, economic, and social groups. Our clients range age from infant to the elderly with diverse psychological, emotional, and physical abilities/needs. WISH also routinely serves various stages of prenancy. WISH is the only DV organization with the ability to work at this capacity Southern Southeast Alaska.

Provide Meals access and supportive services for senior citizens.

PRIMARY MISSION IS TO PROMOTE HONOR, DIGNITY, SECURITY, AND INDEPENDENCE FOR OLDER ALASKANS AND TO ASSIST THEM IN MAINTAINING MEANINGFUL QUALITY LIVES.

CONNECTING THOSE WHO NEED HELP WITH THE HELP THEY NEED-; WE SERVE OUR ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED NEIGHBORS WITH HOUSING/UTILITY ASSISTANCE, LOANING MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, AND PROVIDING CLOTHING IN-KIND. WE VALUE PARTNERSHIPS THAT ENRICH THE LIVES OF OUR BOROUGH NEIGHBORS THAT ARE TRYING TO MAKE ENDS MEET.

PROGRAM RECOGNIZES HONORS HERITAGE WHO AFFECTED THE STATE. HELP FOR MEMBERS IN NEED CHEERS IN TIME TRAGEDY OR BAD HEALTH. ALSO PROVIDES SCHOLARSHIP AID.

TO MAKE AVAILABLE PROGRAMS AND SERVICES THAT ENHANCE SENIORS PERSONAL WELL BEING AND ENJOYMENT

Youth Development Programs, General/Other: Operates a home based Baseball program. High school aged participants come from local and surrounding communities on the Kenai Peninsiula. 30 players participated in 2020.
