Supplemental Information (2024)

Prior to a scholarship being paid the KEA Educational Foundation requires proof of enrollment to a verified educational institution from the recipient. Once the KEA enrollment has been verified a check is written out to and mailed directly to the schools financial aid office or admissions office for administration of the funds on the students behalf. The student is also required to sign an Acceptance and Acknowledgment letter stating the funds may be used for registration tuition and books and that any funds not used will revert back to the KEA Educational Foundation. The student is required to provide transcripts to the Foundation at the end of the school term or the award.
