Grants to USA nonprofit organizations to support employment assistance and professional development for neurodivergent individuals. Funding is intended to promote careers in information technology and cybersecurity for talented neurodivergent individuals – which includes autism and ADHD, among others.

The focus of the Spring 2023 Grant is "Expanding Opportunities in Cyber for the Neurodivergent." This grant will support organizations that provide practical, hands-on or immersive cyber experiences and/or employment support that aid in the training and development of talented neurodivergent individuals – which includes autism and ADHD, among others -- to position them for and accelerate careers in cybersecurity and information technology (IT).

Additional Eligibility Criteria

This grant is for US based nonprofits recognized as 501(c)3 organizations already registered with the United States Internal Revenue Service at IRS.gov. All applicants must have a valid EIN registered with IRS.gov website that supports the organization's 501(c)3 designation to proceed to the grant application.

Ineligible

If you have been awarded a grant from Gula Tech Foundation in the last 18 months, you are not eligible to apply for this grant.

Pre-Application Information

Submissions, including REFERENCES, must be received by 11:59pm EST on February 18, 2023 to consider the submission complete.

The winners of this competitive grant will be announced at the 2023 RSA Conference.

You will be required to provide the name and email address of a reference name and email address as part of the application. Gula Tech Foundation will send a reference request to this contact. It is your responsibility to make sure the reference provides a response.

Estimated Size of Grant

The first place, second place, and third place winners will receive a minimum of $250k, $200k, and $150k, respectively with the remaining $400k awarded to runner ups.
