Grant Description
Grants to USA nonprofit organizations for initiatives to address gambling problems. Funding is intended to fill gaps in areas where problem gambling prevention programs are lacking. Eligible programs are those that address at-risk populations and increase community awareness, response, and support.

A strategic NCPG initiative, Agility Grants offer funding to nonprofit organizations across the country for problem gambling prevention programs. The goal of these grants is to fill in gaps for areas that currently have no such services, as well as bolster promising efforts in existing programs.

Agility Grant funding will be deployed to support prevention programming innovation and amplification, including new activities, validation of promising initiatives or expansion of proven programming. Applications will be evaluated on several criteria, including alignment to the Agility Grants program principles and funding pillar strategies as well as anticipated community impact.

Strategic Pillars:
  • Prevention Innovation: Objective: Foster and accelerate the development, deployment, research, and evaluation of problem gambling prevention programs and curricula to address key at-risk and priority populations
  • Amplification: Increase community awareness, response and support through the identification and elevation of new leaders, new partnerships and new voices within the problem gambling community, prioritizing youth as well as leaders of color.
