Successful applicants will receive monetary investment, mentorship, networking opportunities, coaching, and perks. The program is intended for businesses that have the opportunity for significant and scalable economic impact.
This is a hybrid program so the majority of programming with be held virtually. While program staff would love for participants to spend some time in Cincinnati, businesses are not required to relocate.
Companies receive $20K in exchange for 6% common stock equity plus $80K of guaranteed follow-on capital from gener8tor into your current round (if raising) or via uncapped convertible bridge note to be converted into your next round (if not currently raising).
