Grants to USA Tribes and organizations for early intervention programs for children from before birth and through age three. Applicants are advised that required registrations may take up to one month to complete. Funding is intended for programs that will facilitate the long-term wellbeing of children and their families.
The purpose of this program is to build integrated maternal and early childhood systems of care that are equitable, sustainable, comprehensive, and inclusive of the health system, and that promote early developmental health and family well-being and increase family-centered access to care and engagement of the prenatal-to-3 (P–3) population.

The period of performance is August 1, 2021 through July 31, 2026 (5 years).
Funding beyond the first year is subject to the availability of appropriated funds for ECCS in subsequent fiscal years, satisfactory recipient performance, and a decision that continued funding is in the best interest of the Federal Government.
