Award of $1,000 to a USA library organization in recognition of improved services to people with disabilities. The award is intended to honor a library for efforts to expand existing or create new services. Projects should demonstrate innovation and organization. The award can be for a specific service(s) program or for a library that has made their total services more accessible through changing physical and/or attitudinal barriers.
